Meet Lisa

A career of caring.
Ready to lead.

Lisa Gourley didn't learn about healthcare from a textbook. She learned it at the bedside, fighting for patients every single day for over 30 years. She rose from registered nurse to Vice President of Clinical Reimbursement, taking on insurance companies and hospital bureaucracies that put profits over patients.

Now she's bringing that same fight to Harrisburg. Affordable healthcare. Fully funded schools. A fair economy. That's what Jefferson and Indiana counties deserve.

Election Denier Silent on Hospital Closures Anti-Trans Anti-Choice

Punxsutawney Area Hospital is fighting to stay open. One in four rural PA hospitals are at risk of closure. Medicaid reimburses rural hospitals just 74 cents for every dollar of care. Smith's response? Host hearings about "benefit fraud" and call Medicaid "a handout." This is his record.
